Executive Assistant
Provides administrative support and assists the Chairman, CEO or General Director in the general handling of his/her activities. This is accomplished by acting as office organizer and communications link with Agency personnel, clients, and other outside contacts.  Must become knowledgeable about all departments in the agency and its systems, and understand the confidential nature of business matters.
