Rose Promotes “Visit Malaysia 2014” Program in Media Across Russia and CIS
Rose, a top Russian marketing and public relations agency, is providing media relations and other support for the “Visit Malaysia 2014” (VMY2014) program. This significant government project is organized to promote Malaysia and to increase the tourist flow to the country. During 2014, tourists will be able to visit more than 200 ethnic festivals and events in Malaysia and other countries, take part in contests and receive numerous special offers.
To kick start the program, Rose arranged a trip for a group of Russian journalists to the opening event of “Visit Malaysia 2014”. The media trip included participation in a variety of cultural and social events in Kuala Lumpur and a tour to Langkawii, the most popular island among Russian tourists. Rose will be promoting the program to Russian media and bloggers throughout 2014.
“Today Malaysia is among the TOP 10 international travel destinations and is number one in South-East Asia. We will use “Visit Malaysia 2014” activities to further promote this fascinating country, its rich culture and traditions to tourists from Russian and CIS,” said Rose General Director, Galina Savina.
