Rose and Mutti Reveal the Secrets of Italian Cuisine
Rose, one of the leading marketing, public relations, and content marketing agencies, staged a Pasta Day at a food mall "Depo. Moscow" for its client the Italian tomato producer Mutti.
As part of the event, a fascinating culinary master class was held by chef Matteo Lai. Using tomato products from the Mutti brand he demonstrated how one can improve the taste and make a chef’s dish without resorting to complex culinary tricks. He also revealed the secrets of cooking two famous dishes: Gnocchi alla Puttanesca, and Tagliolini with mushrooms, shrimps in red sauce.
Mutti is from the Emilia-Romagna region and is # 1 brand in Italy. Chef Matteo Lai is from the same place. His professional experience includes studies at the culinary school and the ETOILE Institute of Culinary Arts. He then worked at famous European and Russian restaurants.
